I became a therapist because I believe healing happens through connection, equity, and unconditional dignity. Having volunteered extensively with foster youth, the unhoused, and survivors of trafficking, I’ve seen the heavy toll of systemic trauma. I wanted to build a safe, non-judgmental space where people can process wounds and reclaim their power.
