I believe in empowering my clients. I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable letting your guard down. I am also appreciative of the value of humor in sessions.

Approach healing in a collaborative process in which clients are the experts in their own lives. I currently am accepting new clients for morning and early afternoon appointments. At this time, my evening spots are completely full.

I specialize in working with people who:

are LGBTQ+ populations, women, and pregnant folks. Do you have trauma, depression, anxiety, or maybe just struggling with a difficult season of life? I’m here to help support you on this journey.

I became a therapist because:

everyone deserves someone in their corner. I have been engaging in some version of care work since I was young.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

we offer holistic based mental health therapy and personally I'm a brainspotting practitioner.

More about me and my practice:

Brainspotting is a technique that focuses on the brain-body connection and can be extremely effective for folks who’ve struggled with traditional therapy in the past. I blend this approach with cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
