My goal is to walk alongside clients who are navigating transitions and challenges in life and offer empathy and input along the way. I aim to create an approachable and non-judgmental space for you to bring whatever is on your mind. I believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach.

Together we will work through an individualized plan with you to get you to where you want to be. I will learn from you what you are looking for in therapy and we will continue to check in throughout our work together to make sure you are making progress towards your goals.
