My goal as a therapist is to meet clients where they are on their journey, build a collaborative relationship with these clients, and provide a safe, accepting, supportive environment to examine whatever stumbling blocks may be present.

Together, we will:

identify the stumbling blocks that are present and begin to begin to unfold them in a healthy way, taking away the power they are have in our lives.

I specialize in working with people who:

have been struggling (both long term and short term) with life dissatisfaction, relationship and family issues, significant mental health issues, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer Telehealth services which brings a level of convenience for clients with very busy schedules or transportation issues.

Each of us is on our own individual journey. We all need assistance at times to work through issues or emotions. My job is to help clients manage these concerns, by learning new skills and reinforcing previously learned skills.
