My clients describe me as understanding and supportive. They trust me because I’m intentional about gently guiding them toward their goals.
You're the expert on your life. I won't judge where you've been or where you're headed. My role is to provide the support and tools to make the changes you're ready to make at a pace that's comfortable to you.
You’ll guide the therapeutic process as we work together to develop new skills and strategies to cope with any past trauma or current challenges, reduce your stress and make positive changes to improve your well being and relationships.
I'm especially good at working with individuals with concerns related to adjustments, relationships, anxiety, depression and/or neurodivergence. I also have training and have been successful working with those who've experienced some form of trauma.
I want to help and empower others with whatever tools they need to overcome adversity and confront the impact of the issues they're dealing with.
I offer in-person, online and hybrid appointment options to give you as much flexibility as possible and meet you where you’re most comfortable.
"Never Give Up" is our guiding message of hope. We envision a world where all people can experience healing and transformation. NGU Wellness strives to inspire long-term holistic wellness for its staff and the clients they serve.
