I use talk therapy and education to raise self-awareness. I also provide you with resources so you can continue to progress outside of session. When appropriate, I offer biofeedback practices and exercises to release stress and trauma from your body.

Together, we will work to establish goals and a plan to meet them. My goal is to create greater peace and ease in your daily life - at home, work , in relationships, and within yourself.

I specialize in working with people on couples/relationship counseling, people experiencing anxious or depressed moods, and people who have experience trauma from physical or emotional abuse.

I became a therapist because I saw therapy work wonders for myself, friends and family. I wanted to help make growth and healing possible for others.

Along with talk therapy, I offer the option to address issues with biofeedback techniques, body work to reset your nervous system and mindfulness.

My practice is only 2 years old and has been consistently growing. I also see clients at Family Services Association in Dayton and train interns in therapeutic techniques there.
