My approach is specializing in finding and treating ADHD at any age, including alongside anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality struggles, and past injury. I work with teens, adults, and couples — especially when ADHD shows up as worry, mood swings, impulsivity, or conflict. I help you understand your habits clearly and without shame.

For couples, this often means stopping blame, talking better, and getting close again. You'll get real tools to help you focus, control your feelings, and finish things — while learning to be kinder to yourself or your partner.
