I became a therapist because I care about the people who were told they were “too much” for speaking honestly about what was happening around them. My work focuses on helping people understand the systems they grew up in and reclaim their voice.

My practice centers complex trauma, marginalized voices, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I take a trauma informed, relational approach and tend to be a direct therapist who values honesty, insight, and helping people rebuild trust in themselves.
