I try to promote a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is to help others help themselves become the person that they want to be. I am flexible with what my client needs in the moment and strive to guide them when they need it.

I work with my clients in the moment. Life throws us different situations every day/moment, and it's important to be able to feel comfortable to talk about these topics in a safe and non-judgmental space.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, bipolar, divorce, and who are needing support from an outside person and not feel judged. I find it very important to create a connection with my clients to let them know that they're human.

I became a therapist because:

Because I once had someone help me. I believe that having someone that's an outside person can be healing to talk to. Everyone needs a person.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

What stands out is that I am flexible with ways to helping others. Starting therapy is scary sometimes and being comfortable is important.

I'm passionate about what I do. I enjoy what I do every day, because when I see clients make small improvements, that's a win for them and it's important to celebrate that.
