My practice is rooted in attachment, compassion, acceptance, and mindfulness. I believe that connection is key to feeling less alone in this world. I strive to help clients tune into their minds and bodies and get curious about how past patterns and experiences impact daily functioning.

Figure out what makes you feel like the truest, most authentic version of yourself! In session, I focus on exploring values, establishing emotional regulation and healthy communication skills, and building self-compassion and confidence.

Warm, creative, and affirming. I strive to create a peaceful, intentional space for you to get to know yourself better and learn how to live a life aligned with your values.

Are going through life transitions or have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, chronic illness/pain, or relationship challenges. I enjoy working with women and supporting clients through the perinatal period. I have specialized training in supporting people who currently use or have a history of using substances and their families.

I believe that healing happens within the context of relationships — with ourselves and others. As human beings, we are hardwired to heal and in order to do so, we have to feel safe enough to be seen.

Although the work we do in session can be challenging, I am confident that we will find moments of levity and laughter, as well. You don’t have to feel 100% ready to get started — I’ll meet you exactly where you are!
