Are in their 20s and 30s and are looking for support in navigating life transitions and challenges, particularly around trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders.

I became a therapist because:

I genuinely enjoy connecting with others to help them build fulfilling lives, whatever that may look like for the individual.

Virtual therapy allows you to take each session in your own comfortable space and cameos from pets are always welcome!

More about me and my practice:

I started my career in community mental health and homeless outreach and was able to learn so much. Private practice has allowed me to narrow my focus a bit, but my time in community health has shaped who I am as a person as well as a professional.
