My approach combines CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I serve adults who are seeking to improve their mental health.

I specialize in trauma and serving veterans and their spouses. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and trauma.

I became a therapist because I wanted to serve in the Army as a Behavioral Health Officer (BHO). I am proud to serve my brothers and sisters in arms.
