I am an Eclectic counselor which means I draw techniques from multiple evidenced-based models to develop individualized treatment for you. The most common approaches I use are Person Centered, Trauma Focused CBT, CBT, Play Therapy and Bibliotherapy.

Treatment goals are developed collaboratively based upon the expressed needs of the client.

I create an inviting and accepting atmosphere designed to alleviate the anxiety often associated with the counseling process.

I typically work with children ages 5-11 and adults ages 17+. Regardless of the presenting condition, I believe that the development of a collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential for favorable outcomes in therapy.
