I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, decrease symptoms, resolve conflicts, increase personal strengths, and set goals to have a more meaningful life experience.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have worked with clients from the age of 4 to adult with a multitude of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, parenting conflicts, behavioral concerns, neurodevelopment disorders, family conflicts, trauma, and PTSD.

I became a therapist because:

Working at a special education teacher I knew that my focus was on the whole student and that I needed to shift from education to mental health.
