As a warm and down-to-earth therapist, my approach is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space. A space to unpack and heal from the painful parts of your life so you don’t have to carry the weight forever.

I will look at the whole person, rather than a disorder or label. I recognize one size does not fit all, which means I personalize my approach and use evidence-based practices to fit your unique needs. The pace and agenda remain yours.

I am a strait shooter that will be open and honest with you in the hopes that it allows you to feel the same way so that we can work together.

I do specialize in substance use disorder however I do work with men and women of every walk of life. Many of my clients are folks that just have general mental health issues and everyday life issues that just need an extra hand to get unstuck.

This is a 2nd carrier for me as a result of my on life issues I have worked with many therapist myself and because of that it made me want to help too
