It’s a warm, unhurried space to be heard, and you’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s happening, a sense of direction, and often something concrete to try right away.

I became a therapist because after 25 years in leadership and executive coaching, I saw that the deepest growth happens in our closest relationships. I wanted to help people go beyond performance and goals to the connection, trust, and understanding that make life feel meaningful, and to give couples and families tools that truly last.

Whether you’re navigating a crisis, feeling more like roommates than partners, or want to invest in a strong relationship, I’ll meet you where you are. I draw on Somatic Experiencing to help calm your nervous system during hard conversations. I offer sessions in my Oklahoma City office, virtually, or in your home, plus 90-minute intensives for deeper work.
