My clients describe me as:
Warm, direct, and genuine. They note feeling safe, heard, and understood, and state that this helps them take risks to achieve their goals.
Something to know about my approach is:
that it is collaborative, holistic, and empowering. We will examine the early experiences, relational patterns, and cultural identity factors that are unique to you and uncover the root causes of your problems to allow for healing and change.
Together, we will:
work to reclaim your power and purpose, and help you understand yourself more fully. Set healthier boundaries in both your professional and personal life, and break free from what holds you back. Finally start living the life you deserve again.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have experienced trauma and loss in various forms. I have developed expertise in integrated treatment modalities that afford me flexibility in the ways that I work and allow me to individualize treatment to the maximum benefit of my clients.
I became a therapist because:
I grew up as a dancer and saw peers succumb to eating disorders. I wanted to be a part of a field that worked for real change to deeper problems.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am a member of PSYPACT and this allows me to offer telehealth to clients in 35 different states.
More about me and my practice:
I value being able to offer sessions via telehealth to clients in the comfort of their own homes. It helps me offer services to people with busy lives and reduces geographical barriers to treatment, allowing clients to find a great fit.
