My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are. Together, we use a powerful, evidence-based method that works with your brain's natural healing ability to gently process trauma, grief, and loss from the inside out. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels and strive to meet clients where they are.

Together we will move through grief, trauma, and loss at your pace to process what you've been holding, rediscovering who you are beyond the pain, and building the resilience to carry you forward. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.

My clients describe me as easy to open up to, calm in the hard moments, and genuinely nonjudgmental. Many say they felt at ease earlier than they expected and that feeling safe made all the difference in their healing.

I became a therapist because I have a deep passion for walking with people through life's most difficult moments. It is an honor to be trusted with someone's pain, and I never take that lightly.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy, serving clients in Oklahoma. I offer virtual therapy only for clients in Kansas and Virginia. Couples sessions are $200 self-pay. A mental health diagnosis is typically not medically necessary for couples therapy and a diagnosis is required for insurance to cover services.
