I often use EMDR treatment in which we will heal deep trauma wounds in order to provide relief. I help you move out of survival mode, take control of your past, and see progress when therapy hasn't previously been enough.

Adults who have a history of abuse, neglect, toxic relationships or poor views of themself and they feel it's related to past events or childhood. Adults who feel that therapy or other methods they have tried have been unsuccessful previously.
