The relationship comes first. Whatever modality we're drawing from, technique follows connection, not the other way around. I work somatically and experientially, meaning we pay attention not just to what you think and say, but to what your body knows and carries.

Work beneath the surface, not just talking about patterns but experiencing what shifts them. Using approaches like Somatic Experiencing, IFS, AEDP, and EMDR, we'll work with your nervous system, your parts, and your history in ways that create lasting change rather than temporary relief.

Present, warm, and genuinely engaged, not a blank slate. People often say they feel truly seen in our work together, and that the space feels both safe enough to go deep and real enough to actually help.

Are carrying complex trauma, chronic illness, burnout, or co-occurring addiction and mental health challenges, and feel stuck in patterns that insight alone hasn't shifted. I also have a particular place in my practice for therapists and helping professionals doing their own deep work.

I'm genuinely fascinated by people, by what shapes us, what gets in our way, and what becomes possible when we feel truly seen and supported. That curiosity has never worn off in 25 years.

I offer individual therapy, and individual and group clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians in Oregon and Washington. As a Certified Deliberate Practice Supervisor with multiple supervision groups currently running, there are often flexible options to fit your schedule and learning goals.
