I specialize in Clinical Supervision, Anxiety, Chronic Illness, Depression, and supporting those in the Helping Profession.

I became a therapist because:

I was inspired by the mentors and teachers in my life and was drawn to help others on their journey as I was helped by so many on mine.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am currently offering therapy online so am able to work with anyone in the state.

I love learning and teaching. 1/3 of my practice is supervising clinicians who are seeking licensure.
