Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll be curious about what brings you in, your experiences, and what you're hoping might change. There's no pressure to share everything right away. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, with space for questions and getting a sense of what working together might look like.

I've always been fascinated by people, what shapes us, how we adapt to difficult experiences, and what becomes possible when we feel truly seen and supported. After more than 25 years in this field, my curiosity about people and my belief in our capacity for healing and growth have only deepened.

I offer online individual therapy for adults in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, along with individual and group clinical supervision and consultation. As a Certified Deliberate Practice Supervisor, I'm passionate about helping clinicians deepen their skills, build confidence, and develop their own authentic therapeutic style.
