At the foundation of my work is offering a collaborative, person-centered, safe space to explore what you're navigating, at your own pace.

Make space for you to show up exactly as you are, explore ways you have navigated experiences, identify lingering impacts of trauma, and notice what is not yours to carry. We'll work together to find ways to reconnect to your most authentic self.

Your capacity matters. Therapy can feel like "another thing" on a long to-do list. Our sessions can be as flexible or as structured as you need. Whatever you're feeling (or avoiding feeling) and however you're navigating all the things - you don't have to be in it alone.
