My primary goal is to help you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings during our time together. By listening in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, I invite you to explore whatever you feel moved to.

Together we’ll explore how your life experiences have shaped who you are today. As you begin to understand your own story in a more nuanced way, you will be in a better place to live the next chapter.

I enjoy working with sensitive and thoughtful people who have a desire to learn about themselves and grow. They are often creative and socially-engaged people who are contemplating life’s big questions. I also work with children in play therapy.

I pursued therapy as a career because I enjoy listening, and because I desire to be of service to others and the world.

I offer therapy in-person in my offices in downtown Portland. I offer online options for adult and teen clients, and conduct parent meetings online.

I use he/him/his pronouns. I welcome clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations, and those who are in a process of exploration. I welcome clients of all racial, ethnic, national, religious, and caste backgrounds.
