I use NARM®, an attachment-focused approach to developmental trauma, along with Shadow Work® and mindfulness. Rather than trying to fix what's "wrong" with you, we explore how old survival strategies are showing up now, in your body, relationships, and sense of self, so you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that got disowned along the way.

Slow down and notice what's happening in your body and mind in the present moment. We'll explore the patterns that once kept you safe: people-pleasing, shutting down, staying busy, and meet the emotions underneath them with curiosity instead of judgment. This work is about relearning how to feel safe in your authentic self.
