My approach is practical and geared towards sustainable changes that apply to the actual context of your life. I am a warm and friendly person and I use my gentle nature to ask questions that explore the roots of patterns you may be stuck in, or areas of your life that may be clouded by coping skills that aren't working as well for you in the present day.

In sessions we will address anything you have top of mind and use that as a window into broader themes impacting your life. For example, I can ask questions and then offer a reflection back, provide some new perspectives, teach skills to reduce overthinking and self criticism. What works best for you is what we'll do, and that we can figure out together.
