Our work will honor, explore, and support meaningful mind-body connection to support you building "whole-person" healing. I integrate brain- and body-oriented techniques to employ a holistic approach, including mindfulness, somatic therapy, art, and creative expression. We will honor where you have come from, what you value, and who you are becoming.

I am warm, authentic, and engaging. In the space we co-create, I am present, supportive, and engaging. I believe in the human capacity to change, grow, and thrive. I celebrate the strength of vulnerability and reclaiming personal power, honoring the need for appropriate challenge. In this space, there is no judgement. I strive to be empowering and connected.

It wasn't a hard choice; it's felt like the most aligned job I could have landed on. I believe I get to see a beautiful part of humanity we often overlook, and I am constantly inspired by the change, the healing, and the power I get to bear witness to. I have felt the power of the therapy space and am honored to share that with others.

I offer sessions fully remote through a secured platform. I am currently studying Somatic Experiencing through Somatic Experiencing International (SEI)'s three-year SEP program, having completed my beginning and intermediate years coursework. I'm grateful and honored to incorporate this into our sessions together.
