Kemper Gottshall

I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I support those I work with in understanding how early experiences, protective parts, and body reintegration shape the present moment. I offer a compassionate space, practical tools, mindful awareness, and collaborative guidance so you can create lasting change in your life.

My practice is made up of the dozens of people who have supported me along my journey. From this place, I prioritize feeling connected, not being an expert. I know what it means to struggle, navigate intense lows, life change, and trauma. I have dedicated myself to being a presence for others as they learn what it means to listen to themselves more deeply.

I have worked in the mental health field since 2015, supporting individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I believe deeply in the power of collaborative talk therapy to create meaningful, lasting change.
