In a typical therapy session we may... Engage in techniques to regulate your nervous system to cultivate a calmer more grounded experience; Learn from emotions and emotional experiences; Practice identifying and disengaging from unhelpful thoughts; Explore the various parts of yourself; Untangle communication dynamics; & Increase awareness and intuition.

My clients would describe me as warm, good-humored, honest, transparent, kind and direct. In session, I aim to cultivate a felt sense of safety, warmth and curiosity from which we can address therapeutic goals and face challenges together.

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating ADHD or hormonal related challenges, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, a big transition, or feeling "stuck" in a familiar but unwanted pattern.

I became a therapist because I followed my interests...! I have an educational background in Psychology, Family Systems, Sociology, Anthropology, Architecture and Landscape Architecture. I became a therapist because I loved the process of learning about therapy and connecting with other people along the way.

I have additional training in adult ADHD and women's health (specifically PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, menopause, perinatal & postpartum). I am passionate about supporting women at all stages of life, in addition to partnerships and families.
