I followed my interests! I have an educational background in Psychology, Family Systems, Sociology, Anthropology, Architecture and Landscape Architecture. I became a therapist because I love the process of learning about the human condition and connecting with people in profound ways. It’s rewarding to support others in their processes of growth and healing.

I have additional training in adult ADHD and women's health- specifically PMS, PMDD, (peri)menopause. I am passionate about supporting women at all stages of life, in addition to partnerships and families.
