I’m a mental health and addiction counselor with over 10 years of experience. I work with individuals and couples using a warm, supportive approach that helps you understand emotions, uncover patterns, and strengthen relationships to create lasting change.

For individuals, I offer support with anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, OCD, attachment wounds, life transitions, and substance use. In my work with couples, I help partners navigate challenges such as poor communication, loss of trust or intimacy, differing goals, financial disagreements, and recurring conflict.

I offer virtual sessions for adults and teens (16 and up), making it easier to get support from wherever you are. I accept the insurance providers listed and also offer an out-of-pocket rate of $125 per session.
