I love what I do and it shows. Yes, we will work on hard things. But, I believe we can do it with a sense of humor and discovery. We can take the shame out of whatever you’re working on and figure out how to move forward.

Help you find empathy for yourself about how you got where you are, so that shame doesn’t keep you stuck. Figure out what is keeping you from making the movement you want. How to move what we can and how to work with and around what we can’t.

I wanted to do my own work, keep learning, and get to help people see the changes they want. I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
