Bailey Becker

I work from an Emotionally Focused Therapy lens, with elements of Internal Family Systems, and Attachment. I believe who we are is shaped by our relationships—both from childhood and in the present—and healing happens when we understand & shift the behaviors we’re stuck in. This means looking inward to uncover underlying emotions that drive these patterns.

Together we’ll get to know the parts of you that show up under stress, in relationships, and in tough moments, and figure out what they’re really trying to say. We’ll slow things down, feel feelings without judgment, and start shifting stuck patterns with curiosity, humor, and space to be fully human.

Life is full of taboos. The self-doubts, the drama, the ‘I-probably-shouldn’t-say-this’ thoughts. In my office, nothing is too weird or too heavy, and we’ll sort through it together. In my practice I see clients ages 10+ and enjoy working with a variety of ages and stories. I have a special place in my heart for adolescents, teens, and couples. When I'm not in the office I can be found trying out new restaurants, hanging out with my corgi Dexter, watching horror movies, or adding to my wardrobe!
