Bailey Becker

I help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them stuck. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy, I challenge clients with compassion, honesty, and humor to create deeper connection, healing, and lasting change.

Together we’ll get to know the parts of you that show up under stress, in relationships, and in tough moments, and figure out what they’re really trying to say. We’ll slow things down, feel feelings without judgment, and start shifting stuck patterns with curiosity, humor, and space to be fully human.

Down to earth: Life is full of taboos. The self-doubts, the drama, the ‘I-probably-shouldn’t-say-this’ thoughts. In my office, nothing is too weird or too heavy, and we’ll sort through it together. I work with teens and young adults navigating identity, motivation, infidelity, relationships, and life transitions. I help people who appear high-functioning and high-achieving as well as those feeling stuck or experiencing “failure-to-launch.” For overwhelmed overachievers, and to those struggling with self-doubt or relationship challenges, I’m here.

In my practice I see clients ages 10+ and enjoy working with a variety of ages and stories. I have a special place in my heart for adolescents, teens, and couples. When I'm not in the office I can be found trying out new restaurants, hanging out with my corgi Dexter, watching horror movies, or adding to my wardrobe!
