I support prenatal and postpartum people and parents to understand how emotions and thoughts contribute to depression, anxiety, and the impact of trauma on our lives. Mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-driven behavior are key to my work

We will work together as a team to develop goals for therapy, build skills you can use every day, and reduce your emotional distress. Together, we will process traumatic experiences and overwhelming expectations, working to balance demands.

I am certified in perinatal mental health and specialized in working with women from fertility, to pregnancy, to postpartum, to parenting. I am also passionate about working with people with a history of childhood trauma and interpersonal violence.

I offer both teletherapy and in-person services. My in-person office is a calm, cozy sanctuary easily accessible in the Portland Pearl District.

I can provide services to people in Oregon and Washington. I am in-network with some insurance providers, and I am in the process of expanding access. I also provide workshops over select weekends.
