My approach to therapy starts with discussing your goals and values, and making concrete, research-based plans to help find relief from distress. Leaning into your strengths is an important part of this process. When you feel ready, we can explore the history, patterns and systems underneath challenges and conflicts to gain a deeper, lasting understanding.

Together we will use the therapy process to help you manage worry and depression, notice and understand your emotions, and improve relationship dynamics. You'll have the space to take a breath, get support, and talk about what matters most to you.

My clients would describe me as warm, direct, and not easily ruffled. You can openly share what is on your mind, even if it feels tricky or hard to say, and know that my reaction to it will be neutral or positive.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I specialize in supporting couples, young adults, survivors of intimate partner abuse, parents breaking cycles of generational trauma, and LGBTQIA clients. I welcome clients of all backgrounds.
