I specialize in adults and couples experiencing challenges at any life stage. I have experience working with those struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, grief, and everyday challenges that life brings.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience and our incredible capacity for resilience. Working as a therapist, in homelessness prevention, and with foster youth showed me how compassionate support could transform lives. I wanted to create a space where people could heal, grow, and discover their own strength.

I've worked as a therapist in Bucks County and in Kensington, Philadelphia with those experiencing the effects of severe trauma, depression, anxiety, and the impact of the opioid epidemic. As a therapist, father, and husband, I understand the importance of client-centered connection, creating a safe environment, and fostering personal development.
