I do not believe there is a once size fits all approach to therapy. Our goal is finding balance and sorting through the layers that make us who we are, practically, emotionally and relationally. Some of the approaches I use will be more practical and have an aim for action, while others will be more reflective and acceptance oriented.

Try to understand the root of the 'issue.' Our work will include exploring ways to understand, to change, and at times to accept what is. Sometimes understanding looks like redefining the past narrative and then from there we can create tools to fit our present and empower us for the future.
