About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Direct, yet compassionate, empathic and skilled in treating various concerns.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

Trained as a psychologist, I offer several treatments found to work with people impacted by depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I tailor each treatment to meet your individual needs while considering your unique cultural background.

  • Together, we will:

Develop a plan to reduce your distress, challenge negative perceptions and beliefs, and enhance your quality of life.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Experienced trauma (childhood abuse, sexual or physical abuse, neglect, assault) or are managing anxiety (general worry, social anxiety, phobias).

  • I became a therapist because:

I understand the need for effective, culturally appropriate psychotherapy. I wanted an opportunity to offer treatments I could individually tailor.

  • More about me and my practice:

I grew up in Philadelphia where I went to PSU. I then went on to train as a psychologist in the Midwest and later returned to the city because I am invested in its well-being. I also provide testing for autism and ADHD.
