My trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting allow me the flexibility to customize my approach.
