I GET IT. LIFE IS HARD! This is a non-judgmental space to express needs, fears, sadness, grief, concerns, hopes, goals, etc. Clients describe me as: down to earth, compassionate, patient, comforting, witty, “get it”, insightful and trustworthy.

Unburden, feel hope and understand - explore anxiety, sadness, stress, relationships, work, family, patterns of thinking and behavior and work together to develop your plan for moving forward with relief and confidence no matter what life brings.

Adults ages 25+. We have many deadlines, commitments and responsibilities and it can feel overwhelming, like carrying around bricks every day. When asked, we may say we are...busy, stressed, lonely, empty, disconnected. That is not sustainable.

I get struggle. Relationship blowouts, betrayal, work stress, parenting challenges, loss of a spouse, cancer, financial, constant stress. Been there.
