I use an individualized approach to best suit my clients' needs. I use most often pull from Person-Centered Therapy, and CBT, and EFT. I believe therapy is a collaboration and we will work together to find the right course of action for you.
Together, we will:
identify what concerns you want to address first and make a plan to get you feeling better. Then we'll explore the deeper, more underlying parts of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create lasting change and a greater understanding of self.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing concerns surrounding anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, body image, and more. I love to work with clients who are ready to learn more about themselves, whether they are new to therapy or revisiting to uncover more.
