My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I take the time to understand your experiences and help you make sense of what you’re going through at your own pace.

Together we will work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while building practical tools to help you feel more in control, confident, and grounded in your day-to-day life.

My clients often describe me as easy to talk to, understanding, and genuinely invested in their growth. They appreciate having a space where they feel heard, supported, and not judged.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in patterns related to anxiety, trauma, or difficulty focusing. Many of my clients are trying to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming thoughts, or regain a sense of control in their daily lives.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe that with the right support and tools, people are capable of making lasting progress.

I’m part of Darin King Counseling, a small, personalized practice that focuses on providing thoughtful, individualized care. We offer virtual therapy across Pennsylvania and work to ensure each client is matched with the clinician that best fits their needs.
