I work with adults experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, fertility related stress, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, relational issues, and adjustment to life transitions or changes, including illness related changes.

I became a therapist because life doesn't always offer us the easiest path to feeling good. I have great compassion for each individuals' experiences and believe in helping others find a way through difficult times. I have seen how resilient people can be and it's inspiring.

You care is my number one focus. I am continually evaluating and exploring treatment plans to try to access the best results for your care. I have been in practice in various settings over the past 28 years, and stay fresh with approaches and relevant care.
