I work with those who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, or the challenges that can come with neurodivergence. Together, we'll work to better understand what's happening, develop strategies that actually fit your life, and help you feel more capable of managing what comes next.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you understand yourself while developing strategies that work in real life, not just during our sessions. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with each client to understand their individual experiences and goals. My goal is not simply to help you "get through" the current problem, it's to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical skills that you can carry with you beyond therapy.
