My approach is to get you back to living a full, vibrant life. Whether you’ve been through trauma, depression, anxiety, or the stresses of everyday life, I can help.

Connect with your values and get moving - therapy is about action, not just talking. We’ll work on forming a new relationship with your thoughts, and learn new skills and ways of responding to negative or painful thoughts, emotions, and memories.

I’m able to hear what patients are saying and connect it to the therapy work. I’m an active, compassionate listener, and am good at making people feel comfortable while also challenging them to move toward goals!

Have had previous therapy experiences but want a fresh perspective, or those new to therapy. I have 13yrs of experience treating trauma, depression, and anxiety. If things aren’t working at all, my approach is a good fit; or, if you feel like things are not too bad but you’re hitting a ceiling on coping/functioning, I’ve seen countless patients like that.

I wanted a profession where I knew I was doing something, not just getting getting through the day or working only to make money. What is life without forming connections and helping those in our shared community?

I am a consultant for and train other providers in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which has also been an asset to my clinical work. I have been in the field for over 15yrs doing direct practice work. I have been in the therapy space for over 13 yrs.
