Work to manage symptoms in an environment that is supportive and healing. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating—healing can happen in a space that is comfortable, engaging, and even fun at times. By building a strong, genuine connection, I aim to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered in your day-to-day life.

Realistic and fun to work with. Many of my clients are happy to be in a space that feels less intimidating than some traditional therapy settings. We do all the things you would expect from therapy mixed with some lighthearted moments, and real reflection leading to a healing environment different than many of my clients have experienced before.
