My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I prioritize psychological flexibility, helping you move away from struggle and toward a life defined by your values. I am an authentic, human-first practitioner; expect a casual environment, dark humor, and a direct, no-nonsense dialogue. I believe therapy should be a real conversation.

Together we will work on accepting your current reality without judgment, while identifying the cognitive barriers that keep you stuck. We will utilize mindfulness and defusion techniques to change your relationship with difficult thoughts. Our goal is to clarify your core values and commit to actionable steps that move you toward a more meaningful life.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, women navigating complex life transitions, and those experiencing the unique grief of infertility. With couples, I focus on attachment-based work, utilizing EFT and Gottman methods to decode the cycles that keep you stuck, helping you move from conflict to genuine connection.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people stop performing the way they think they're supposed to and start living. I want to cultivate therapy that feels like a real conversation. I’m here to help you accept where you are and do the deep, often difficult, work of building a life and relationships that actually feel like yours.
