My approach is individualized. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we explore which tools from these approaches will work best for you and jump right in.

Work toward achieving the goals that led you to therapy. In working on these goals, you will identify and take steps toward living a life that feels meaningful to you, even if some of your symptoms or struggles still exist.

My clients have described me as a calming presence. I am compassionate, personable, and I keep it real. I offer feedback and teach coping skills.

Are motivated to better understand their thoughts and emotions and learn new behaviors to live a life that feels meaningful for them, whether anxiety, anger, addictive behaviors, or parenting anxiety are getting in the way.

I have struggled with anxiety and many family members have struggled with mental health issues. I wanted to help people find ways to enjoy life.

I love connecting with my clients, helping you to feel heard, understood, and cared for. While my work includes mindfulness and relaxation tools, you will also feel my excitement when you experience a transformative moment in therapy.
