Many of the people I work with have already spent years reflecting on their experiences but still feel stuck in patterns like anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance, or over-responsibility. My work focuses on helping insight turn into embodied change by working directly with the emotional responses that keep those patterns in place and limit a sense of choice.

Together we’ll slow things down and explore the patterns that keep repeating in your life. We’ll work with the emotional and nervous-system responses underneath them so you can stay present with difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed or shut down, while gradually expanding your capacity for agency, flexibility, and new ways of responding.

My clients describe me as grounded, thoughtful, and deeply attentive. They often say they feel understood quickly and appreciate having a space where things can slow down enough to explore difficult experiences without feeling rushed. At the same time, our work remains oriented toward meaningful and sustainable change over time.

I specialize in working with adults who grew up in emotionally unsafe or unpredictable environments and now notice patterns such as anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance, or over-responsibility. Many of my clients have spent years reflecting on their experiences and are ready to move beyond insight alone toward deeper, embodied change.

I became a therapist after doing my own trauma healing and realizing how difficult it can be to find the kind of therapy that shifts the needle. I had to see many different practitioners before finding approaches that helped. I wanted to offer therapy that integrates multiple tools so clients can keep growing without having to start over with new modalities

My approach integrates EMDR, relational therapy, somatic awareness, and parts-informed work. I focus on pacing, safety, and helping the nervous system stay present with difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed. I work with adults navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients.
