My work is dynamic, effective, and tailored to you. I specialize in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, and grief. I'm trauma informed and relational, and I work creatively, with warmth and humor, to get you where you need to be. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive.

Build a space where you're allowed to be yourself. In this space, we'll work to identify your own personal goals and values and examine which cycles may be supporting you, and which may be holding you back. We'll use creativity and nonjudgmental curiosity to help you build your power and expand your world.

A warm, empathetic person who helps them feel able to unmask and be themselves, while pushing them to expand their capacity to feel difficult emotions and connecting them to their values.

Building power and justice is important to me. I worked for years as an organizer in a nonprofit, and while I loved the work, I realized that I was most connected and interested in how people were doing!
