I have an individualized, holistic approach to therapy looking through many lenses and meeting you where you are at in acknowledging what's happening in the mind and body, so that you gain understanding and relief. I purposefully have a wide range of types of therapy I utilize to ensure that I can meet the client where they are at and have options.

Life can feel especially heavy when you have changes or are carrying old wounds. Many folks I work with notice patterns in their relationships - like feeling stuck or doubting themselves. Together, we'll uncover what's holding you back, build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Approachable and genuine, as well as gently direct. Clients enjoy that I can be serious when necessary, but also lighthearted when they need some relief at the end of session. Also, I've on more than one occasion been described as someone trustworthy of one's "deepest, darkest secrets".
